Recipe Ingredients for Rice Cooker Pot Meal

1 cup of Brown rice
1 cup of lentils
1 cup of diced carrots
1/3 cup of diced onions
2 red potatoes
1 clove of garlic
1/3 cup of diced celery
1/3 cup of tomatoes
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of kale

Recipe Directions for Rice Cooker Pot Meal

  1. Sautee all vegetables together, except the kale, with the oil and some seasoning (I used Sazon).

  2. Put the rice and the lentils in the rice cooker.

  3. Add about 2-2 1/2 cups of water (depends on your rice cooker look at the directions)

  4. Add the sauteed vegetables, then cover the top with the Kale.

  5. Close, and cook.
