Recipe Ingredients for Rice chicken feet soup

1 gallon water
1 1/5 lbs chicken feet
1 cup white rice
1 1/2 cups peas
1 cup carrots
1 cup queso fresco
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp,+crumbled bay leave
1 g Rosemary
1 sprigs Cilantro Leaves
0.25 cup+fresh Italian Parsley
1 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Rice chicken feet soup

  1. cut claws from the feet

  2. pour water in a big soup/pasta pan

  3. Cut Queso fresco in small cubes (1 inch by 1 inch)

  4. pull all leaves from rosemary, cilantro and Italian parsley

  5. Pour all ingredients into the pan at once

  6. Bring it boil, make sure the feet are cooked (they have little meat, so it should be quick!)

  7. Try the rice, make sure it's soft

  8. and then tun off the stove.

  9. ANY LEFTOVERS FREEZE IT, excellent for hangovers... with half of squeezed fresh lime once it's re-heated.

  10. Don't be afraid to add any almost ruin vegetable or leaves around your kitchen; the more variety, the better!
