Gluten free, vegetarian rice casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Casserole

2 cup Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice
4 cup Certified Organic Vegetable Broth
3 medium stalks Celery
3/4 medium White Onion
10 clove Garlic
1/2 cup, grated Carrots
8 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green

Recipe Directions for Rice Casserole

  1. Cook rice in vegetable broth instead of water. Spread evenly across bottom of casserole dish.

  2. Chop and sauté vegetables, and mix in with rice.

  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly across top of rice/veggie mixture.

  4. Place in a preheated oven of 350° until slightly brown on top.
