Recipe Ingredients for Rice Bowl

2 cups patty pan squash
1 cups yellow squash
1 cups zucchini
1 cups rice, cooked
1/4 pound ground turkey

Recipe Directions for Rice Bowl

  1. Steam veggies with water, garlic and a little salt.

  2. Cook ground turkey on stove.

  3. Cook rice.

  4. Place rice in bowl. Scoop ground turkey on top of rice. Place veggies on top.

  5. Enjoy!
