Breakfast or anytime rice bowl. Actually 1/2+ cup of cooked rice, but recipe analyzer only pulls up raw - 1/4 is more acurate for raw measurement.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Bowl

1/4 cup brown rice
1 tbsp chickpeas
1/2 carrot, sliced
1/4 small bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Rice Bowl

Thow everything into a container and microwave till hot and veggies are soft and steamed to your liking. I also add garlic powder and fresh ground pepper - red pepper flakes would be good too.
