Recipe Ingredients for Rice and Black-Eyed Peas

1 onion
1/2 red pepper
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup brown rice
1 3/4 cups Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 3/4 cups canned black-eyed peas
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Rice and Black-Eyed Peas

Drain peas. Dice veggies. Combine all ingredients in a pan. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, put lid on, and cook for about 55 minutes, stirring occasionally.
