Bell Peppers stuffed with Beef and Rice, with a delicous tomato sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Rice and Beef Stuffed Peppers

5 medium Green Bell Pepper
24 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
4 oz Onions
8 oz Celery
1/2 cup Recipe Beginnings Green Bell Peppers
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cup Boil-in-Bag White Rice

Recipe Directions for Rice and Beef Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cut tops from peppers, remove seeds and membranes.

  2. Cover peppers with boiling water and boil 10 minutes.

  3. Brown Ground Beef with onions, celery and chopped green pepper

  4. Add salt and cooked rice, mix well

  5. Spoon mixture into peppers.

  6. Place in baking dish, cover with tomato sauce.

  7. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes longer
