2 serving Normandy-Style Vegetable Blend
16 oz Organic California Brown Basmati Organic Rice
8 oz Cheesy Sauce
283 grams Ground Beef
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Rice and beef casserole

  1. Fry ground beef.

  2. Steam vegetables.

  3. Prepare rice according to package.

  4. Combine everything today with sauce put into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is brown (@375)
