9 oz chicken
3/4 cup brown rice, uncooked
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 medium onion, diced
15 oz black beans, low sodium
1/2 tsp seasoning salt

Recipe Directions for rice, beans, veggies

  1. cook chicken in some bbq sauce in crock pot.

  2. shred cooked chicken

  3. cook rice

  4. in pan cook onion, carrots, and celery

  5. add beans

  6. add rice

  7. top with chicken
