Recipe Ingredients for rice and beans and sausage

3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 cup Tomato Juice
14 oz Kidney Beans Dark Red
0.75 tsp Oregano, Ground
0.75 Teaspoon Thyme
0.25 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Red, Freeze-dried
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
14 ounces Smoked Sausage
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for rice and beans and sausage

combine all ingredients except rice . Cover, Cook on Low 4-6 hours in crock pot. Serve over rice. Garnish with shredded cheese if desired
