Mexican red rice with kidney beans

Recipe Ingredients for Rice and Beans

200 g cooked rice
1 pint stock
250 g kidney beans
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato puree

Recipe Directions for Rice and Beans

  1. fry garlic and onions

  2. add uncooked rice and fry until lihtly golden brown

  3. add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer until rice is cooked

  4. add in a bit of chili too...
