4 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
2 cup Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned

Recipe Directions for rice and beans

add the beans and veggies to the crock pot. cumin, smoked paprika, garlic. once beans are cooked add the rice and leave until fully cooked.
