Vegetarian main dish used Red Valley mixed rice - a mix of brown, red and wild rice - in recipe just used brown and wild - db didn't have the rice mixture so it is close

Recipe Ingredients for Rice-Beans-Mushrooms

1 cup brown rice
1/2 cup wild rice
4 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups Bush's canned black beans
1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes Hunt's organic
10 tbsp Tomatoe paste Muir Glen organic

Recipe Directions for Rice-Beans-Mushrooms

  1. Prepare rice in water and boil for 40 minutes

  2. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
