2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
127.5 grams Kidney Beans
0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for rice and beans casserole

cook 2 cups of white rice. rinse and drain one can of kidney beans. add cooked rice to kidney beans. add 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to rice and beans. add salsa (at least .5 cup) and some fresh cilantro. mix together. spray 8x8 square casserole dish with cooking spray and add mixture to dish. cook for 15 - 20 minutes at 350.
