14 oz red kidney beans
3/4 cup uncooked long grain brown rice
1 medium green pepper, raw
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tomato
12 oz corn
3 oz jalapeno peppers

Recipe Directions for Rice and bean filling

  1. cook rice

  2. satay peppers, beans and one clove with oil

  3. once a bit cooked add tomato diced and second clove

  4. when rice is cooked drain and add to mixture
