Recipe Ingredients for Rice and Bean Casserole

1/2 cup brown rice, cooked
1/8 pound ground turkey
10 ounce tomatoes, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, low fat shredded
1 cup kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 baked potato
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Recipe Directions for Rice and Bean Casserole

  1. Mix all together in bowl and pour into casserole dish.

  2. Bake at 375, covered, for about 30 minutes.
