Recipe Ingredients for Rice Barley Salad

1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cup rice, cooked
2 cup pearl barley, cooked
1 large sweet red pepper
1 1/2 cup green peas, frozen
1/4 cup chives
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup walnuts
400 g red kidney beans 69907
1 cubanelle pepper

Recipe Directions for Rice Barley Salad

  1. Whisk dressing together (first 6 ingredients).

  2. Toast walnuts lightly in spray oil.

  3. Mix all other ingredients together.

  4. Stir in dressing.
