Recipe Ingredients for Rice Alfredo

4 serving Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
12 oz Fat Free Half
0.33 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 cup Peas, Green
4 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Rice Alfredo

  1. Thaw peas

  2. Heat the cream cheese and fat free half and half (or nonfat milk) in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat to a boil, stirring constantly..

  3. Stir in parmesan cheese. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Add the peas and rice to the skillet and toss to coat. Heat through. Sprinkle with a little more cheese and serve immediately.
