Meaty sauce to serve over egg noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Rib Ragu

32 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Roasts), Boneless
8 oz Tomato Sauce
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 small Onions
1 cup Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon
0.7 oz White Flour, Unbleached

Recipe Directions for Rib Ragu

Cook all ingredients except flour in crockpot on low for 8 hours. Shred the meat. Use flour to thicken sauce. I add an additional cup of water to sauce.
