Crispy Won Ton wrappers with Rhubarb inside. Cool whip is optional

Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb Won Tons

1 Won Ton Wrappers
1/2 cup of rhubarb
1 serving French Vanilla Fat Free Coffee Creamer
4 sprays of I can't believe it's not butter spray
2 tablespoons of light cool whip
1 teaspoon Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb Won Tons

  1. Saute Rhubarb in pan with creamer and brown sugar for 5 minutes till soft

  2. Spoon them in the middle of one won ton wrapper

  3. wet the edges of wrapper and press together with another

  4. Use fork to push down edges

  5. Spray both sides with spray butter

  6. Broil at 550 for 3-4 minutes on each side

  7. Serve with cool whip or ice cream
