Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

5 c rhubarb
3 oz strawberry gelatin
1/2 c Splenda blend for baking (1 cup regular sugar)
1 c marshmallows minis
1 box yellow cake mix

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

  1. Grease 9x13 inch pan.

  2. Layer rhubarb, dry gelatin, sugar, and marshmallows.

  3. Mix cake as directed and pour into pan.

  4. Bake 50-60 min at 350 degrees.

  5. Cool 15 min before inverting onto serving tray.
