1 cup No Calorie Sweetener
1/2 box Gelatin Dessert
1 tablespoon water

Cook rhubarb, water and sugar on low 5-10 minutes. Bring to a boil and add gelatin. Mix well, making sure gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. When partially cool, pour into containers and refrigerate.
