4 cups fresh rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Water

Recipe Directions for rhubarb stew

  1. Slice 5 rhubarb stalks.

  2. Combine with water and sugar in large saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Bring to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve warm or cold.
