I use six grain flakes, but the counter did not recognize them.

Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb & Six Grain Flake muffins

1 cup rhubarb, diced
1/8 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup rolled oats, uncooked
1 cup original almond breeze, unsweetened
2 bananas, mashed
1 egg
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp ginger, ground
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp flax seed, ground

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb & Six Grain Flake muffins

  1. mix the first five ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes

  2. add egg

  3. mix dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients

  4. bake in greased muffin tin at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
