85 2/5 grams Rhubarb
38 grams Sugars, Granulated
17 9/10 grams All-Vegetable Shortening
41 3/10 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 3/10 grams Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb pie, homemade

Mix rhubarb with sugar and 1 tbsp flour, set aside. Make pie crust from salt, flour, and shortening. Roll, out bottom crust, line pan. Add rhubarb mixture. Roll out top crust, place over fruit. Pinch crust together to seal. Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 for 50 minutes.
