Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb Phyllo Triangle

456 g. phyllo dough
2 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb Phyllo Triangle

Cook rhubarb with sugar. add some salt & vanilla. cook until soft, then thicken with cornstarch. Lay one phyllo sheet, spray with Pam, then lay another. Cut with a pizza cutter into three strips. Spoon dollop of rhubarb on each strip, then roll up in a triangle. Place on Pam sprayed coookie sheet, spray with Pam again, and then sprinkle with turbinado suger. Bake @ 350 for 12 minutes, or until just browning.
