Combine dry ingredients, including fruit. Melt butter, mix into egg, milk, and sour cream. Mix wet into dry ingredients without over mixing. Combine 1 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp brown sugar and sprinkle over tops of muffins. Bake 425, 12 - 14 mins

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp sour cream
3/4 cup skim milk
1 cup rhubarb
1/4 cup strawberries
1 egg
3 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp brown sugar
