Recipe Ingredients for rhubarb ice cream

1 pint heavy cream
8 stalks rhubarb
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 dash orange juice

Recipe Directions for rhubarb ice cream

  1. 6 hours or more before you want to make the ice cream, stew the rhubarb with the sugar and a splash of arange juice

  2. once it has cooled, store in fridge

  3. about 25 minutes before you want to eat, mix the cream and rhubarb together. Check the taste and add sugar or cinnamon to taste

  4. pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes
