Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb Dessert with Splenda & whole wheat flour

3 cups rhubarb
3/4 cup Sweetener
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Unenriched
1 tsp baking powder
1 Egg, Whole
3/4 cup Splenda
1/3 cup Smart Balance

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb Dessert with Splenda & whole wheat flour

  1. Layer rhubarb into a 9 inch pie plate Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of Splenda. Add up to 1/4 cup granulated sugar. In a mixing bowl, mix 3/4 cup Splenda, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, flour, baking powder and the egg. Mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over the sugared rhubarb.

  2. Melt Smart Balance. Drizzle the smart balance evenly over the crumbled flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Good warm or cold.
