Makes 9 servings



Mix Rhubarb, 1 tsp. cinnamon, sugar together. Cut rest together. Put 1/2 the crumb mixture into 8 inch pan, put rhubarb on top and top with remaining crumbs.

1 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
0.5 cup Butter
48 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar
1 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
3 cup, diced Rhubarb
4 oz Sugar Pure Cane

bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
