Recipe Ingredients for rhubarb crumble

16 oz rhubarb
2 oz sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 oz self raising flour
1/2 oz oats
1 oz sugar
1 oz margarine

Recipe Directions for rhubarb crumble

  1. stew the rhubarb with the sugar and a little water till soft.

  2. Rub in the flour sugar oats and margarine using your fingertips, rub until mixture resembles breadcrumbs, place rhubarb into an ovenproof dish and top with the crumble.

  3. place in a pre heated oven gas mark 5 for 25 30 minutes, serve hot or cold
