Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb Crumble

366 grams rhubarb
75 grams caster sugar
150 grams flour, plain
75 grams butter
94 grams sugar, demera(brown)
50 ml water

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius

  2. Chop the rhubarbs and put a layer in a baking tray/oven pan

  3. Sprinkle the caster sugar over the rhubarbs and pour in the water

  4. in a seperate bowl mix the flour and butter till the texture resembles breadcrumbs, then knead in the demera(brown) sugar

  5. Cover the rhubarbs with the crumble mixture

  6. Put in the oven for 35-40minutes till the rhubarbs are sizzling through the crumble mixture, or the crumbles is a nice golden color on the top.
