1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 stick of butter, softened
1 cup of oatmeal

  1. Mix together first group of ingredients in 9x13 pan

  2. Mix together the second group of ingredients and put on top of rhubarb mixture before baking.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
