Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb Crisp with Strawberries and Honey

4 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 c. strawberries, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. rolled oats
17/20 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb Crisp with Strawberries and Honey

  1. Toss rhubarb and strawberries with honey and 1/4 c. flour.

  2. Melt butter until soft, but not hot. Mix with remaining flour, brown sugar, and oats.

  3. Put rhubarb filling into small baking dish and put crumble mixture on top.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
