  1. Pre-cook rhubarb until soft in microwave or suacepan

  2. Put rhubarb in small single-serve casserole

  3. Combine brown sugar, rolled oats and butter in small bowl. Microwave to melt butter and mix together.

  4. Spread topping over rhubarb

  5. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
