Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb crisp

4 cups rhubarb
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
1 cup oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb crisp

  1. cut up rhubarb

  2. sprinkle with salt

  3. mix sugar, flour,and cinnamon together

  4. cut in butter until crumbly

  5. sprinkle over rhubarb

  6. bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes
