Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb Crisp

4 cups rhubarb, chopped
3/8 cup sugar
3/8 cup Splenda
3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/8 cup flour
3/8 cup Smart Balance Spread

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb Crisp

  1. Preheat oven 375.

  2. Wash & slice rhubarb, mix with Splenda and sugar combo then pour in 9x9 square pan sprayed with Pam.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, and flour. Cut in Smart Balance until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping over rhubarb.

  4. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden.
