Rhubarb crisp - can substitute any fruit for rhubarb.

Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb Crisp

4 cup, diced Rhubarb
0.66 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.5 cup Butter
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb Crisp

  1. toss together rhubarb - lemon juice and white sugar.

  2. Mix together dry ingredients and butter

  3. spread over rhubarb mixture.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
