Similar to Apple Crisp but made with Rhubarb instead of Apples

Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb Crisp

4 cup, diced Rhubarb
1.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
4 oz Becel Regular Margarine
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.67 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb Crisp

  1. Mix water, rhubarb, cinnamon, 1/4 cup of flour together in a bowl and pour into 9.5x 13" pan.

  2. Mix 1 cup of flour with brown sugar, margerine, sugar, an oats in a separate bowl then layer over the rhubarb mixture.

  3. Bake for 35 minutes at 375.
