Recipe Ingredients for Rhubarb Crisp - Lower Calorie

6 cups diced rhubarb
4 tbsp flour
2 cups Splenda
7 tbsp melted margarine
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Splenda
1/2 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Rhubarb Crisp - Lower Calorie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix diced rhubarb, flour and 2 cups Splenda together. Put into a glass pan sprayed with PAM.

  3. Mix margarine, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, Splenda and baking soda together until all is moistened. Drop on top of rhubarb.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes.

  5. Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
