Recipe Ingredients for Rhonda's Halleiujah Cornbread

1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 cups cornmeal, self-rising
1/3 cup oil
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Rhonda's Halleiujah Cornbread

Mix first three ingredients together, then mash butter into the mixture. Add buttermilk and stir well. In a 12-inch iron skillet cover the bottom well with oil and pour in batter. Bake at 500 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes, until golden brown.
