Another trip, another batch :) And no 'mallows this time.

Recipe Ingredients for Rhode Island Chewy Bars

1 1/2 c. oatmeal, half ground up
1/3 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. flaxseed, ground
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. almonds, slivered & toasted
1/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. Fiber one cereal, ground
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. honey

Recipe Directions for Rhode Island Chewy Bars

  1. Melt together PB & honey, in microwave.

  2. mix in everything else, press into pan, chill & cut bars.

  3. Use a little more honey if mixture is dry or not sweet enough.
