Recipe Directions for Rhineland Pork Chops

I'm just putting this on here for my own purposes. Sorry, folks. It's really involved, time consuming and challenging. I don't feel like writing out the directions. Basically though it's sautee the onions, cook the pork in a frying pan and use the leftovers to make the sauce using all the spices and everything.
