Recipe Ingredients for Rheaye

6 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Flour, All Purpose
1 1/2 serving 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil

Recipe Directions for Rheaye

  1. Mix eggs, flour, milk and salt in a bowl and stir until almost smooth.

  2. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add batter mixture to pan and scramble fry until no longer sticky, approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
