[from memory...may not be accurate] Steamed and lightly stir fried veggies and tofu. Serve with peanut sauce and sweetened ginger soy. Rice is optional.

Recipe Ingredients for Revolution Diet

1 cup broccoli
1/4 cup broccoli
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup carrot, sliced
1/3 cup tofu, cubed
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup baby corn
1/2 cup chinese cabbage, sliced
1 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. canola oil

Recipe Directions for Revolution Diet

  1. Prep and steam the broccoli, carrot, snow peas and tofu for a few minutes.

  2. Heat oil in wok until almost smoking. Add water chestnut, baby corn, and chinese cabbage. Stir for a minute until pieces show slight carmelization.

  3. Add chicken broth and stir for 30 seconds.

  4. Fold in the steamed veggies and remove from heat.

  5. Serve over bean sprouts (or a bed of white rice topped with bean sprouts).

  6. Drizzle with peanut sauce and sweetened ginger-soy.
