Revised Low Carb Pizza Recipe

I changed some things around and made it a little differently than my first recipe

Recipe Ingredients for revised low carb pizza

4 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
1/3 cup cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp italian seasoning
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
4 oz pepperoni
1/4 large red onion
1/2 large green pepper
2 oz sliced mushrooms

Recipe Directions for revised low carb pizza

Mix the cream cheese, eggs, cream, parmesan, and italian seasoning together until smooth. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray, put 2 cups of mixed shredded cheese in the pan and then cover it with the egg mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Let it cool for 10 minutes then layer with your favorite toppings (mine are listed in the recipe.) Bake for 10-15 minutes more at 400. Serve and enjoy.
