Better and healthier, try using Ground Lean 99% fat free chicken breast or turkey, the oatmeal is great for you and better then bread crumbs, remember the oats expand as they soak up the fluids

Recipe Ingredients for Revised Lipton Soup Meatloaf

2 oz Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 lbs Lean ground beef (93%)
1 cup oatmeal ( plain rolled oats)
1/2 cup egg beaters
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Revised Lipton Soup Meatloaf

  1. mix all together, form loaf or any shape you wish, I have cooked this in a tube pan and mini loafs

  2. bake 350 at least 1 hour or till fluid runs clean, depending on pan used
