Rev Bubba's Granola Bar w/ Raisins

Recipe Ingredients for Rev Bubba's Granola Bar w/ Raisins

1 1/2 pounds oatmeal
1 pound sweetened coconut
1/4 pound walnuts
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Rev Bubba's Granola Bar w/ Raisins

  1. Toast oatmeal, coconut and walnuts in 400 degree oven for 20 min - stirring occasionally

  2. Melt butter in small saucepan - stir in brown sugar and honey until melted and mixed

  3. Stir together oatmeal mixture and raisins in large bowl - drizzle with butter/sugar mixture and mix together

  4. Spread into large cake pan lined with waxed paper - cover with a second sheet of waxed paper and press down firmly with another cake pan of equal size

  5. Cool completely and cut into 24 bars

  6. Store in air tight container
