Recipe Ingredients for Renee's basic Salad

2 cups field greens
1 chicken breast
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch Basil
1 pinch garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Renee's basic Salad

  1. Dice chicken breast into small chunks and cook through in 1tsp EVOO and Basil and Garlic powder to taste.

  2. Add to field greens, and toss.

  3. Serve with out dressing.
