This is a delicious fruit salad for the holidays, a favorite at our table and easy to make. The analyzer doesn't know what Jello is, but with a packet of the regular (full sugar) Jello, total calories for 1/2 cup = approx. 125 calories. Not too bad for a yummy dessert!

Recipe Ingredients for Rena Salad - Serving = 1/2 cup

20 ounce pineapple, crushed
15 ounce cottage cheese
8 ounce Cool Whip
3 ounce Jell-o

Recipe Directions for Rena Salad - Serving = 1/2 cup

  1. Drain the Pineapple, dump into bowl.

  2. Empty Jello package onto pineapple and stir until well blended.

  3. Add cottage cheese and stir until color is consistent.

  4. Add Cool Whip and do the same.

  5. Voila! Yummy "Rena Salad"

  6. 1 serving = 1/2 cup (with sugar Jello = 125 cal/serving)
